Enjoy a holiday on the beautiful North Coast with family and friends at Des Keenan’s Holiday Home in Portstewart. This three bedroom holiday home sleeps up to six people and is available to people with MS.

The opportunity to take a break from your daily routine, even for a few days, is very often just what the Doctor ordered. And thanks to Des Keenan such an opportunity is now available for people with MS, their families and carers across Northern Ireland.

Des Keenan’s Holiday Home is a fully adapted mobile home situated in Portstewart. The home has been specially designed and built to suit wheelchair users. The accommodation is bright and airy with plenty of space for the whole family.


Living Room

Large bright sitting area with table and television. Pull out double bed.

Kitchen Area

Purpose built low level units and cooker.

Bathroom

Level shower, fold down shower seat and hand rails.

Bedroom 1

2 single beds both with ‘grab’ handles above the bed. Plenty of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair and / or hoist.

Bedroom 2

2 single beds. The holiday home is available for people with MS, their families and carers only.
